We offer family-oriented seasonal RV sites, monthly Cabin rentals and and year round Park Model rentals, as well as Park Model lots. Our grounds are located west of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, near the shores of the St. Mary’s Rivers .

Cottages and Park Model Sites Open Year Round

Marks Bay Cottages and Campground is located West of Sault Ste. Marie, near the St. Mary’s River. We are a seasonal RV Park, and we also rent cottages and Park Model RV lots for use year round. We are not an overnight campground.
We have 7 two bedroom fully service cottages for rent on a monthly basis; 31 fully serviced Park Model Sites (including some Park Models that can be rented on a monthly basis), and 55 RV fully serviced RV sites for rent on a seasonal basis.
Our grounds are adjacent to the Sault Ste. Marie Region Conservation Authority’s Marks Bay Conservation Area; a 103 hectare (254 acre) site that includes 3 km of shoreline on the St. Mary’s River. The sandy shoreline is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, or just relaxing and watching lake freighters going by. The forested area has a number of old logging roads and deer trails for hiking, and plenty of birds, small animals, and deer for nature lovers.
Rent a Park Model RV. Park Models are rented on a monthly basis and available year round.
Cabin rentals are a great alternative to a small cramped hotel room. A home away from home in a natural setting.
RV site rental for parking your RV or trailer. Our RV sites come in a variety of sizes, and shapes all with water, sewer, and electrical hook-ups. Sites are rental on a seasonal basis. We do not offer overnight camping.
Fully serviced sites for your Park Model RV. Accessible year round and rented on a monthly basis, over longer terms.
We have storage garages available for rent on a monthly basis. Garages are available year round to store your “toys”.

We host a number of community events through the camping season, many of which happen in the event area behind our centrally located lodge.
There are plenty of nature trails adjacent to our campground within the Mark’s Bay Conservation Area, and more challenging trails that begin just a short drive away.
If recreational fishing is your hobby of choice, there are lots of great fishing opportunities right outside our campground.
Nearby our campground is the St. Mary’s River, and the Mark’s Bay Conservation Area, which has a 3km long sandy waterfront, including some areas perfect for swimming.
If Kayaking or Canoeing is your pleasure, there are plenty of opportunities near our Campground.
Our RV Campground is rented on a seasonal basis, open from May 1, to Oct 31. We do not have any overnight or short term camping spots. The remainder of the park is open year round and is rented on a monthly basis. Hover over the map hotspots to learn how our grounds are laid out.
