Do you have a waiting list for the RV seasonal lots?
Yes, our park is a favorite place for many that return year after year. Most years we do have a few people that vacate and spots come available. Please contact us with your request to be added to our waiting list. Provide us some details such as RV type and size.
Can I book an RV lot overnight or for a week?
We are not an overnight or short-term campground. All RV lots are rented on a full season basis, which runs from May 1st to October 31st.
Can I rent a cottage for a weekend or a few weeks?
Our cottages are long-term rentals, rented on a monthly basis. Please call us to determine availability.

Are park model sites accessible year round?
Yes, the portions of our park for park model trailers is accessible year round. Many of our residents head south for the winter months, or use this as home and travel other times of the year. Some occupy their homes for the entire year, and spread out the 30 days absent over several months. All require you to be absent from park a minimum of 30 days per calendar year send us a message so we can clarify further questions around these rules
What amenities are available at your camping grounds?
At Marks Bay Cottages and Campground we pride ourselves on providing a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Amenities include clean and modern restroom facilities with hot showers, an on site laundry facility, a group gathering area in and behind our lodge, and a playground area for the kids. All our RV sites have water, sewer, and electricity hookups. Free Wifi Internet access is available within the main lodge.
Are pets allowed at your camping grounds?
Yes, we understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well-behaved, leashed pets at our camping grounds. We ask that all pet owners be responsible for their animals, clean up after them, and ensure they do not disturb other campers. We want both you and your furry friends to have a great camping experience.
